About Kritika
I'm Kritika Zutshi, a licensed clinical psychologist based in Pune.
I hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi (CIP).
For over six years I've worked with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the quieter crises that don't always have names.
My approach draws from cognitive-behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and acceptance-based frameworks —
but I believe the foundation of any real therapeutic change is in the relationship between the client and therapist.
I work best with people who are ready to be honest, even when it's uncomfortable.

My Approach
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Every session begins with listening, and every plan is built together. You bring the expertise on yourself — I bring the clinical knowledge and the structure that makes change possible.
We meet briefly — no charge, no commitment — to see if working together makes sense. You can ask anything. This will not be a therapy session but a space to understand the structure and flow of the sessions.
A thorough first session to understand your history, your goals, and what has and hasn't worked before.
We build a plan together — drawing on appropriate therapeutic approaches based on what fits your needs and preferences.
Regular check-ins on progress. The plan adapts as you do. Sessions are weekly, bi-weekly or fortnightly depending on your goals and needs.
